Friday · 17:00 – 21:00 Minimal and deep house as the light goes. Resident DJ and invited guests.
EMBER is our rooftop kitchen by the sea. Coastal Mediterranean and Asian flavours, mostly local produce, cooked simply over fire. Breakfast, slow lunches and sunset dinners with the ocean in view.

Tropical, local and good
We use organic ingredients wherever possible. Many things we grow ourselves. Herbs and salads from our market garden. Honey from the Changgu bees. Poultry, eggs and fresh coconut oil from our village. Fish from the local fishermen. Very few imports, always of the best quality we can find.
