At the centre of the concept is an open show kitchen and a display of fresh fish, seafood, meat, and poultry. A cocktail bar, shisha, live music, and DJ sets complete the EMBER experience, gradually shifting the atmosphere from sunset dining into a more vibrant evening setting.
